About The Chef
Gourmet natural foods Chef Erica Strait is
dedicated to creating healthy delicious food and
providing convenient, time saving services for
her clients.

Having graduated from the Institute for
Integrative Nutrition, Erica was attracted to the
path of learning to heal with food, positive
lifestyle changes, and complimentary medicine.  
This interest led her to study at New York City's
Natural Gourmet Cooking School.

After graduating, Erica began cooking
professionally in New York City, working under
some of the nation's top chefs. And most recently
with Brenda Langton at Spoonriver Restaurant.  
Through these experiences, she has learned many
traditional and modern cooking techniques and
has created a personal cooking style that combines
the benefits of healthy eating with
gourmet-quality meals .
